Martinique Weather Update

Thanks again to our friends in Martinique who have given us their latest weather data.

The weather is cloudy and rainy.
The wind is strong.
We took our coats to come to school.

Here in Rothwell we are learning some weather vocabulary in french so soon we will be able to describe what the weather is like in french. We are also learning some french songs about the weather which we will record and add to this blog.

I was in my mum's room and i saw a rainbow so we took a picture of it.Then the next day we brought it to school and Mrs Hollowed copied the picture on to her file. Today I'm putting the picture on to our blog. If you look carefully and closely you will see the rainbow. The clouds are very grey in my picture. You can't see the rainbow clearly. We were very excited to receive some weather news from our partner school in Martinique. In the town of Morne-Rouge (Martinique) last thursday this was the weather:
