It looked quite muggy this morning.
Hot and at first we went out to play,then it started to pour down! There were big rain drops.
some people are very sad because they can't play outside now.
The rain is very heavy.
Just as we were doing this Nathan saw a flash of lightning and heard some thunder too.
We were supposed to be doing an orienteering activity on the field and don't think that we will be able to do it now.

We were very excited to receive some mail from our friends in Martinique. It contained lots of newspaper articles about the recent storms and floods. We were very sad to hear how terrible the weather has been and how badly some of the people in Martinique have been affected. I was in my mum's room and i saw a rainbow so we took a picture of it.Then the next day we brought it to school and Mrs Hollowed copied the picture on to her file.
